It is made with alternate layers of pasta, cheese, and meat sauce and /or tomato sauce.

Below lies a very tasty lasagna recipe. Try it

Ingredients:

Meat Filling:

500 gr meat (chicken(boneless chicken legs(tastier) or boneless breast) or pork mixed with beef (the pork and beef must be minced, the chicken is your choice))

• Vegetable mix ( mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes) (if it is frozen about 500 gr) if they are fresh put as many as u like) (btw the vegetables are optional…I mean u can do it without them… but it is tastier with them )
• 2 medium onions
• 4-5 garlic cloves (large)
• 250 gr Sweet corn
• 1 jar tomato sauce
• 1 can peeled tomatoes (whole or cubes)
• 1 glass of wine
• Curry, other spices (for the type of meat u use)and basil
• Olive oil
• Soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce or both

White sauce

500 ml milk

• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 3 tablespoons of flour
• 30 gr Parmesan

Lasagna

Lasagna pasta

• 250 gr mozzarella
• 300 gr parmesan
• Basil

Preparation

Meat Filling:

Cut the chicken into small cubes. Put the mushrooms, green peppers, tomatoes in a large frying pan and cook a bit (on a high flame) stirring from time to time, when most of the water is gone add some olive oil, the onion cut into small bits and the corn, when the onion starts to get a bit golden add the meat, leave it for a bit stirring from time to time, add garlic cloves cut in small slices, the spices(curry , pepper, basil and the others u chose), the soy sauce( it has 2 purposes taste and salt…. Since I don’t like to use salt I use soy sauce instead), worchestershire and the wine, stir well and after the wine has evaporated add the tomato sauce and the peeled tomatoes leave it about 5 mins. Don’t forget to stir  Then take it off the stove.

White sauce:

In a small pan cook for a bit the flour in the olive oil, then add the hot milk stirring all the time ,then add the parmesan . (after u put the milk u leave it only a little on the stove, then u add the parmesan, otherwise it will be too thick)

Lasagna:

Pick a good tray so that the pasta would fit exactly, I suggest to use 3 foils of pasta for 1 layer. Grease a little bit the tray then add some hot white sauce, after put the layers in the following way:

Layer1: pasta

Layer2: hot white sauce

Layer3:meat filling

Layer4: slices of mozzarella

Layer5:pasta

Layer6 meat filling

Layer7: parmesan

Layer8 hot white sauce

Layer9:pasta

Layer10(optional): hot white sauce

Layer11(optional): meat filling)

Layer12(optional): parmesan

Layer13(optional): pasta

Layer14: the rest of the white sauce

Layer15: parmesan and basil

Then put it in the oven (medium heat ~180) for about 30 mins

Preparing the ingredients: 30 min

Baking time: 10 min

Om Ali is a dessert of Egyptian origin that is made mostly of pastry, milk and nuts. One can use any type of fruits, nuts, almonds, pistachio, etc. According to the legend Om Ali was the first wife of the sultan Ezz El Din Aybek. When the sultan died, his second wife had an argument with Om Ali. The issue between the two women led to the death of the second wife. In order to celebrate Om Ali prepared this dessert and served it to the people.

Ingredients(for 8 persons):

• 1 pastry package
• 1 cup of cut nuts
• 1 cup of cut walnuts
• 1 cup of raisins
• 1 cup of coconut flakes
• 250 g sugar (1,25 cups)
• 950 ml milk
• 120 ml whip cream

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven at 175 degrees
2. Put the pastry into the oven and leave it until it gets golden
3. Mix the all the nuts with the raisins, coconut, ¼ sugar cup, breake the previously baked pastry and stir. Put the mix in a tray.
4. Boil the milk wit half a cup sugar then put it in the tray, over the mix.
5. Mix the whip cream with half a cup sugar, then spread it over the nut mix.
6. Put it in the oven until the surface gets golden-brown(about 10 mins). Serve hot.

“Este un desert de origine egipteana care contine aluat pentru pateuri, lapte si nuci. Se pot folosi orice tip de fructe sau alune, migdale,fistic,etc. Conform legendei Om Ali era prima sotie a sultanului Ezz El Din Aybek. Cand acesta a murit a doua sotie a acestuia a avut o disputa cu Om Ali. Confruntarea dintre cele doua a dus la moartea celei de a doua sotii. Pentu a sarbatori Om Ali a facut acest desert si l-a servit poporului.”

INGREDIENTE (pentru 8 portii):

• 1 pachet aluat de pateuri
• 1 cana nuci taiate
• 1 cana alune taiate
• 1 cana stafide
• 95 g nuca de cocos rasa
• 250 g zahar
• 950 ml lapte
• 120 ml frisca

PREPARARE:

1. Incalziti cuptorul la 175 grade si ungeti o tava
2. Puneti foile de aluat in tava si bagati in cuptor, cand foaia devine crocanta si aurie scoateti foaia respectiva. Continuati procesul pana ce toate foile sunt crocante si aurii.
3. Amestecati nucile alunele, stafidele, nuca de cocos, ¼ cana de zahar, rupeti aluatul, copt in prealabil, in bucati si amestecati. Intindeti amestecul in tava.
4. Fierbeti laptele cu ½ cana zahar la foc mediu si apoi vrsati in tava.
5. Bateti frisca cu ½ cana zahar pana cand se intareste. Intindeti in tava peste amestecul de alune.
6. Dati la cuptor pana cand partea de deasupra prine o culoare auriu-maronie (cam 10 minute). Se serveste calda.

Total preparing time 1h 15 min

Ingredients (for 4-6 persons):

• 4 halves of chicken breast boned and skinned

• marinade (for the chicken)
• 1 large salad
• 2-3 tomatoes
• 1 medium onion
• 1 green pepper
• sweetcorn (as much as you like)
• 4-5 garlic cloves
• 3-4 tea spoons worchestershire sauce
• 120 ml olive oil
• 2-3 tea spoons dijon mustard
• 1 baguette
• 20g butter
• herbs (for the croutons and sauce, basil, oregano curry, mint, etc.)
• the juice from 1/2 lemon
• 50 g parmesan

Preparation:

Croutons:

In a cup mix the butter with the smashed garlic (2 large cloves),30 ml olive oil and herbs. pour the mix over the baguette cubes (cut the baguete in small cubes)  and put them in the oven until they get golden-brown.

Chicken:

Cut the breast in cubes mix it with the marinade and leave it for 1-2 hours. Fry it in oil, then remove as much oil as you can.(you can put some paper napkins on the plate before putting the chicken on it)

Dressing:

Mix 90 ml olive oil with the mustard, the rest of the garlick(smashed), worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper,herbs and the lemon juice.

The actual salad:

Cut the salad, tomatoes, green pepper and onion, add the sweet corn and the chicken. The croutons, sauce and parmesan are to be added when you serve the salad.

Try a  Chardonnay with the salad

Timp pregatire ingrediente : 50 min

Timp total Pregatire: 1h 15 min

Ingrediente (pt 4-6 persoane):

• 4 jumatati de piept de pui dezosat si fara piele
• Marinata cu lamiae (pentru pui)
• 1 salata mare
• 2-3 rosii
• 1 ceapa medie
• 1 ardei gras
• Porumb (dupa gust)
• 4-5 catei de usturoi
• 3-4 lingurite sos Worchwstershire
• 120 ml ulei de masline
• 2-3 lingurite de mustar de Dijon
• 1 bagheta (pt crutoane)
• 20g unt
• Ierburi (pt crutoane si sos) (busuioc, oregano, curry, cimbru, menta, etc.)
• Zeama de la o jumatate de lamiae
• 50g parmesan ras

Preparare:

Crutoanele:

Se amesteca intr-o cana untul cu mujdei din 2 catei de usturoi(de marime medie spre mare), 30 ml ulei de masline si ierburi dupa gust. Amestecul rezultat se toarna peste bagheta taiata cubulete si asezate pe o tava. Tava se baga la cuptor pana se rumenesc un pic crutoanele.

Puiul:

Pieptul se taie cubulete si se pune la marinat 1-2 ore apoi se prajeste in ulei. Dupa prajire se scurge bine de ulei (eventual intr-o farfurie cu servetel ca sa absoarba uleiul)

Sosul:

Se amesteca 90 ml ulei cu mustarul, mujdei din 2-3 catei de usturoi (mari), sosul worchestershire , sare, piper, ierburi dupa gust si zeama de lamiae.

Salata propriu-zisa:

Se taie salata, rosiile, ardeiul gras si ceapa, se adauga porumbul si puiul, crutoanele sosul si parmezanul se adauga cand se serveste.

Incercati sa serviti si un Chardonnay cu salata

Pofta buna!

Abilitatile lui Ender il transforma intr-un lider in scoala si respectat in camera de lupta, unde copii se “joaca” de-a razboiul in conditii de gravitate zero. Desi traieste intr-o comunitate artificiala de tineri soldati Ender sufera de izolare, din cauza rivalitatatii colegilor, presiunii profesorilor si de o frica cutremuratoare de extraterestrii invadatori. Printre chinurile sale launtrice se numara frica de a deveni crud ca fratele sau pierderea devotamentului fata de sora lui.

Este Ender generalul pe care il asteapta Pamantul? Totusi ender nu este singurul rezultat al experimentelor genetice. Razboiul cu Gandacii se desfasoara de peste o suta de ani si cautarea generalului potrivit cam tot atunci a inceput. Cei doi frati ai lui Ender sunt la fel de iesiti din comun ca si fratele lor dar in feluri diferite. In ei trei se regasesc abilitatile necesare pentru a reface lumea. Daca este asa Pamantul va supravietui.

Aceste note ale editurii prezinta doar actiune din roman si il prezinta mai mult ca un roman fantasy pentru copii, poate ca asta si este dar este o carte esentiala pentru a intelege ce se intampla in “ Vorbitor in numele mortilor, Xenocid si Copii Mintii”. Acesata carte iti deschide apetitul pentru cartile urmatoare care sunt mult mai mult decat doar un roman fantasy.
