Reteta saptamanii


In the spirit of periodic posts I will present a recipe tried by me each week.

Today we have desert-Pears Panos

In spiritul post-urilor periodice voi prezenta o reteta in fiecare saptamana😉

Ingredients (for 8 portions)

4 pears

100g sugar

60 ml cointreau or other orange liqueur

vanilla

Preparation:

Cut the pears in half and remove the seeds, then put them in a pan and add water until the water level is above the pears with 2 cm, put it on the stove and add the sugar, let them boil until the water turns into a sirup (about 1 hour), take away from the fire and add the vanilla. Let it cool down and add the cointreau and serve.

You can also let them in the fridge for a few hours then serve them. Don’t forget to add sirup over the pears when you serve them.

Ingrediente (pentru 8 portii):

4 pere

100g zahar

60 ml cointreau sau alt lichior de portocale

vanilie… esenta sau baton

Mod de preparare:

Se taie perele jumatati si se scot samburii apoi se pun intr-o cratita si se pune apa cat sa acopere perele cam 2 cm, puneti pe foc si adaugati zaharul, lasati-le pe foc pana apa se transfonma intr-un sirop (cam 1h). Luati cratita de pe foc si adaugati vanilia. Lasati sa se raceasca si adaugati lichiorul si serviti.

Alta varianta de servire este sa lasati cateva ore la frigider si apoi sa serviti.
